■筋肉太り

おしりまわりの表側は大腿四頭筋といって、なかなかボリュームのある筋肉です。ここが大きくなるとお尻から脚まで全体がたるんで膨らんで見えてしまいます。
またお尻の両側もぜい肉がつきすぎると大きく見えてしまうので訓練がポイントです。
■筋肉不足によるむくみ
女性でヒップが大きい主な原因は、筋肉が邪魔をすることではないです。むしろその逆です。
筋肉が足りずリンパの流れが必要量に達せず、老廃物や不要な水分がはけずにむくんでいるのがもっとも大きな原因です。
おしりまわりや太もも等の下半身は普段から身体の構造的にむくみやすい箇所です。理由は血液やリンパが重力によって一気に下半身に行きやすくなるからです。
そして、下半身にたまりがちなリンパや老廃物を心臓に戻してくれる肝心な役割を果たすのが筋肉です。
でも臀部の筋肉が足りないと、下半身にたまったリンパや老廃物も流れずにむくんで足やふとももが大きくなってしまいます。
■脂肪が原因でお尻が太いケース
もちろん脂肪が原因でおしりまわりが大きくなることもあります。
いつのまにかお尻や二の腕にぶつぶつができるセルライトですが、あれも皮下脂肪がたまったことで現れたものです。別に健康に害がある訳ではないですが、ぱっと目がよくないのは事実です。
ちなみに脂肪でお尻が大きくなっているケースはお尻の裏側を見ればだいたい分かります。
お尻の裏側にセルライトがあれば脂肪で大きくなっている、と見て良いです。
